management
involves the careful administration and control of civil engineering projects in order to regulate the time spent in executing tasks, establishing and monitoring processes to ensure the quality of the works and managing the costs linked to individual resources and the project as a whole.

project management
Being experienced project managers, Storey ENG staff are experts in the management of projects which may include a team of professionals, contractors and sub-contractors to successfully negotiate the optimal balance between the 3 principles of project management: time, quality and cost.

construction management
Construction management is similar to project management. The principle difference is that Storey ENG’s focus is on the organisation and mobilisation of the construction activities to ensure that the work is undertaken within the allotted timeframe, to the agreed upon quality standards and within (and many times under) budget.

facilities maintenance management
'Facilities’ may refer to any building, but in most cases maintenance management is undertaken of larger buildings (such as an office) or a group of buildings (such as an office block / park or a group of residential homes such as townhouses within a complex or a block of flats). The objective of this work is to ensure that facilities are maintained to the proper standards to ensure they remain “fit for purpose” while keeping their total life cycle cost as low as possible.

cost management
Particularly for civil engineering projects Storey ENG provides services to prepare bills of quantities, project cost plans, and viability studies. During construction Storey ENG monitors cost incurring instructions, measure work done, prepare payment certificates and cost reports indicating planned against actual expenditure.
