Thus we also manage our own involvement with projects as project management specialists.

Storey ENG (Pty) Ltd has the skills and experience to manage all manner of capital expenditure and people-centred development projects. Central to this is effective control over the cost, time, and quality of projects.

We also have the project management and contractual experience to provide specialist interventions when projects experience difficulties or are faced with complex claims.

Marine Building, Plettenberg Bay

For this project we acted not only as project managers, but also tenant co-ordinators. It was particularly challenging due to the number of shops that needed to remain operational in the building throughout the construction period.

Commodore Hotel, Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Cape Town

12 weeks before the opening of this 5-star hotel we were appointed to drive the completion of the external works and the interface between the Hotel and the Waterfront. The appointment was made when it became apparent that specialist project management interventions were required to complete the project on time.

Sereno Terrace, Somerset West

The project management of this up-market residential estate was characterised by the complexity of co-ordination of the specific requirements of the individual purchasers.

Grand Central / Flower Sellers Mall, Cape Town

This project is noteworthy for the complexity of the construction works required, the very tight programmes, and the many consultants and contractors involved.

Tyger Falls, Tyger Valley

Co-ordinating and managing the construction activities of the roads and services and the building activities on the individual erven required specifically that we motivate each of the individual professional teams and contractors to work together for the common good of all involved on the site.
